LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The program introduces and covers Contract and Construction Project Management. It Integrates contract ,management into the entire project life cycle, from Discovery Stage to Project Initiating to Closing.  It uses defined process steps and practical tools and techniques, to plan and manage contracts from a buyer or seller perspective.

The program covers:

• Contract and Project Life Cycle
• Discovery Stage where the project business goals, objectives and feasibility is analyzed
• Pre-Award Stage where SOW, Delivery Method and Constract Strategy are determined
• Proposal Stage where proposals are issued, sellers evaluated and selected
• Contract Execution and Management Stage where project execution and deliverables are produced, Change Orders management is critical at this stage.
• Contract Closeout Stage where project deliverables have been accepted and closed

Case studies are included throughout the session to impress learning and enable participants to apply project quality management tools and techniques to projects on hands.
